Business unit CFO of former KIRK Telecom acquired by Polycom (Nasdaq), global technology leader of voice communication systems. Strategic context was business model transformation and international growth as well as integrating KIRK into Polycoms global matrix. My responsibility covered two main areas: • CFO in division of global matrix • Regional finance manager of Polycom Nordics and developed through 3 main phases; • leading post-merger integration of KIRK finance operations into Polycom, ultimately achieving +35% efficiency, being key presenter at all board and executive meetings as well as migrating to Polycom corporate systems. • extended and full responsibility for regional finance operations in Polycom Nordics. • part of executive team heading division merger with CFO responsibility for finance, IT and HR in DECT Business unit (KIRK) and ultimately in 500mDKK Enterprise Wireless Solutions division. The merger was carried through and divested to American private equity firm in 2012 - a major strategic project in which I was key stakeholder and contributor.
