I can't say enough good things about Ali. From her design abilities to positive attitude, she is the total package. Ali is someone who I would gladly work with over and over. While working together in two different settings, I discovered that she takes directions from others gracefully but also does an excellent job at managing her own team. In my role as her communications manager, we put together multiple educational campaigns, including a voter registration initiative. It targeted college students, who often vote at lower rates than other age groups. She made our vision come to life with her beautiful visuals. They were so eye catching that various departments across campus took notice. In her role as my manager, Ali successfully lead a team that promoted a local fundraiser on social media. This included coordinating team members who were stationed at various locations during the live event. She remained so organized and composed, even though there were a lot of moving parts. I can't stress enough that Ali is someone who you would want and need on your team. When she says that she will do something, she gets it done with a smile on her face. If you have the chance to hire her, don't pass up the opportunity to add her to your team.
