Quality control through blasting & painting Inspection of new building & maintenance activities on Marine and Protective coating (oil and gas) industry. (Including onshore and offshore) To inspect and witness any painting works carried out by the contractor. Recommend the remedy work if there is any damage of the paint. To assign job arrangement for technical department. To provide on-site solution to technical team and customers. Other duties and responsibilities also include the followings: Perform Quality Control check on painting equipments. To ensure that work is performed in accordance with client requirements. Ensuring proper paint application according to paint specification. Material inspection and verification. Prepare and compile inspection report. Familiar with various types at painting inspection tools. Liaise with client site representative with regard to day-to-day activities. Familiar with client safety procedures and requirements. Able to operate personal computer programs such as MS word, MS excel, MS powerpoint, AutoCAD, and DOS. Basic First Aider Safe Leader of Technical Team Stock forecast leader of Marine department based on marine activities at shipyards. Awarded as the best QA/QC on April 2012 for Sabah Oil and Gas Terminal (SOGT) project.
