Main missions: → Combine user-friendly brain recording analysis software Brainstorm (https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm) with deep learning Ivadomed software (https://ivadomed.org) → Develop a deep learning model to detect epilepsy spikes on EEG (electroencephalogram) and MEG (magnetoencephalogram) data.
