I firstly supervised Ambre for a training period as Junior Event Specialist. She demonstrated in few weeks only several skills as a good listening, understanding and analysis of a complex environment with several stakeholders, while being active in her daily job, delivering her tasks with efficiency, precision, and on time. She demonstrated in a short delay her capacity for self-improvement, taking into account all information and delivering appropriate reporting. Having a positive attitude and a pleasant personality for teamwork, she is actively contributing in a project, but also developing a natural leadership with other team members. Despite her young experience, she was able to convince our managers to entrust her with the position of leading operations, during a maternity leave. She has brilliantly achieved her mission, by repositioning herself differently for this role in the team and with an even wider ecosystem (worldwide level, several expertise and hierarchy). In contact with the CEO office and Xcom members, she knew how to adapt her communication skills to all hierarchical levels, exercise discretion in the information processed, animate a team of international event managers, remotely, deploying a framework and processes with them in a unstable period in 2020. Rigorous, efficient, enthusiastic, enterprising while fully delivering her missions, Ambre is a valuable specialist that I recommend to my network. I am very proud to have supported her in her self-development. I am also very happy to have worked with her and hope that our professional paths will meet again.

Ambre is a great team member, she always have a positive approach when she faces new challenges! She started in team as an intern working with me on an event project, I was quickly able to trust her with her own missions and she delivered quickly the expected outcome and even more. Thanks to her positive experience in our team, she was then given the responsibility to take over, during a maternity leave, the operations of the department. Here again she proved her ability to quickly adapt to new missions, showing leadership in her management responsibilities, and challenge current processes by proposing new initiatives involving a large and complex ecosystem!
