Led by affiliated professors from 49 different universities, J-PAL conducts randomized evaluations to test and improve the effectiveness of programs and policies aimed at reducing poverty, across different areas including education, health and environment.As a Qualitative researcher, my job includes conducting end-to-end qualitative research (development of the guide, conducting interviews, training the field staff, management, and analysis using Dedoose) on a novel mix methods project that aims to evaluate agency of women in rural India.
