      Drove strategy for Organic Growth products for vacation rental homeowners including a proprietary e-signature solution, personalized sales quotes, revenue estimate sales tool, Real Estate products, Salesforce CRM/SFMC integration, and www.vacasa.com/property-management. • Implemented a standardized Proposal Quote Tool for prospective homeowners resulting in a 614% more likelihood to sign a contract when the proposal was sent ahead of the contract (signed 10% of the time vs. 1.4% of the time). • Grew traffic and site conversion by deploying multiple A/B tests to increase vacasa.com/property-management site traffic from 45,000 MAUs to 305,000 MAUs. MQL conversion increased from 16.2% to 36.6% during my first year at Vacasa resulting in substantial revenue growth. Additional redesign increased MQL conversion by 8% and scheduled calls by 75%. • Widened sales funnel by executing a $200k deal to build a comprehensive prospect database in partnership with a third party for approximately 150 internal Sales users. Led the build, pilot and purchase which resulted in 2% higher tier of home, 13% increase in calls per rep, 8% increase in lead qualification (SQLs) and access to 400% more active MLS listings. • Prevented churn with accurate revenue estimates; conceptualized, researched, tested and launched a new sales experience for Vacasa’s sales team to leverage a data science model to calculate potential revenue based on features of the home in order to increase MQL to SQL conversion, which resulted in decreased over-quoting which, in the long run, could decrease preventable churn by approximately 50% which would save Vacasa $21M/yr. • Increased adoption of the contract signing app “eSignature” UX/UI redesign and rebrand increased adoption by salespeople by 300% which increased sales efficiency and trackability of customer behavior in the contract signing process.
