  In my role as Fitness & Operations Manager (Aquafit - Heath. Fitness. Wellbeing) my primary responsibility is to lead and manage the Fitness and Aquatic departments in order to achieve a high level of service delivery and presentation to all users and staff. This position involves providing leadership and a hands on approach to directing the Fitness and Aquatic staff and ensuring the day to day operation of the centre is safe and optimal. Closely followed by the collaborative management of our Personal Training & Program offerings. My passion for large scale health and fitness facilities, quality customer service and efficient execution through staff teams is truly represented in this role and allows me to come in to work loving what I do, day in and day out.
