      The main task over my internship with Tennis SA was to work on a Post Tournament Report for the inaugural 2020 Adelaide International. This included communicating with Tennis SA staff for information on related events, analysing patron feedback and finding results of media plans. I then had to work in a team to produce the report where my role was to create pages, headings and summaries before communicating with the graphic designer to publish it.

I excelled when working with other people including coworkers, contractors and patrons, a highlight being Kids Day. I also managed the Adelaide International inbox hence I constantly had to communicate with patrons, handling questions and complaints.
