Amber is a detail-oriented recruiter who really cares about the needs of employees while at the same time delivers on company goals and strategic business growth. In addition, Amber is extremely motivated and has the ability to find the right type of employees needed to project the company's work environment quickly. While working at Raytheon, I often recalled Amber excelling in balancing additional HR tasks/work load and delivering on management level duties every time she was called on. She combines her broad experience with original recruitment ideas and knows how to execute any HR task sent her way.

I had the pleasure of working with Amber for a few years back when I was in Talent Acquisition. At that time she was an HR Specialist and helped her team with conducting new hire orientation and answering day to day HR questions. She was instrumental in this role and was always available to new hires if they needed assistance or had questions. Amber accomplished many other tasks in this role. Now she has moved on to bigger and better things in her new role. I think she's absolutely amazing and was privileged to work with her.
