Having worked at Boots I have learnt a lot about retail and customer service. In this role I gained valuable experience in sales and how to relate to your customers to aid sales and promote products. I also learnt how to be empathetic with customers when we were no able to open the store due to the pharmacist not arriving on time. Due to this I had to advise customers the reason we are currently unable to open and calmly explain this to Methadone users and reassure them that we are doing everything we can to resolve the situation.
