Once in a blue moon someone comes along that not only exceeds your expectations of them, but continues to do so on a daily basis. Amber is that type of person. She proved to be a very fast learner and extremely self-motivated. When we worked together she was always thinking and planning ahead. She takes it upon herself to get work done that needs to be done — before she's asked. She works fast and accepts constructive criticism graciously and is unafraid to share constructive criticism as well. If you need an encouraging conversation or just a friendly smile, Amber is always first to share those with you. She sincerely cares about her coworkers. More importantly, she is a relentless researcher and a huge contributor creatively and practically when developing strategy and creative campaigns. She knows how to put in the hard work when it's needed. Amber is a joy to work with.

It was my good fortune enough to work with Amber at the South Plains Food Bank where she was a grant writer and strategic planner. Amber is creative and articulate... a wonderful writer, gifted communacator and outstanding editor. Amber wrote successful grant proposals for us. But she also pitched in whenever and wherever needed to assist with other writing projects and to work with volunteers and staff. I enjoyed working with Amber and appreciate her dedication and skill.
