With the aide of the Y's marketing department, I develop and create all Annual Campaign collateral which includes brochures, banners and videos. I execute all of our Annual Campaign events which includes training, kickoffs and celebrations. I create and execute all Donor Stewardship plans, including implementing a first-time donor plan. I am an ambassador for the Y by forming meaningful relationships in the community with organizations and individuals. I coordinate all corporate volunteer projects working closely with the United Way of Greater Cincinnati Volunteer Connection department. Working closely with our Executive Directors at each branch, I actively recruit Board Members through relationship building and the United Way's BOLD program. I also implemented and oversee the Y's sponsorship for the HYPE programs through the Cincinnati Chamber. This sponsorship allows us to grow our membership numbers and share the Y's story to hundreds of Young Professionals in the Cincinnati region. Through this relationship building, I have been able to secure strategic partnerships with businesses throughout our community. I am responsible for providing the best learning experience for a Financial Development intern that is provided to the Y through the Scripps Howard Foundation. I develop projects to help our intern to achieve their personal goals along with helping our organization in a meaningful manner. These projects are also developed to help our intern achieve skills that will be valuable to them in the workplace.
