As an intern, I reviewed heart rate variability data in real time and from a myriad of sources provided by Ted Johnson. I helped input, manage, and analyze quantitative data for the facility’s database and for athlete’s profile. I was involved in the process of developing a model that accounts for weight, experience and difficulty of workout to develop a score which determines whether an athlete is ready to graduate to next level. I also worked on creating data visualizations for said quantitative data. I participated in weekly performance reviews with specific athlete or group, helping with program design/strength training/performance training setup to maximize efficiency/safety. Lastly, I provided nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle modifications to reduce health risk and maximize performance. Show less
