Amber is a self-starter, prefers to work through challenges on her own and requires very little direction, but is also not afraid to ask for help. At the same time, is a great team player and volunteers to take on extra projects regularly. She has strong organizational and time management skills and is able to accomplish a great deal in a short period of time. Amber is professional and confident yet approachable, instilling confidence in the rest of the team. She is goal orientated and strives to provide a high level of client service and the very best in event execution. Amber listens to, absorbs and receives feedback in a positive manner, looking at it as a way to grow and learn.

I had the opportunity to meet/hire Amber Michalski in 2015, when she applied to be a server with us and be part of our opening team at Hopsmith Tavern in Chicago. Amber quickly moved up from server, to Sales Manager at Woodie’s Flat and then Sales Manager of Derby Bar. Amber quickly showed that she had a passion for sales. Her responsibilities included booking events and parties, going out and actively finding new clients, building team sponsorships, communicating and managing all events at each location, and being a great leader for her team. She is flexible and willing to work on any project that is assigned to her. Amber is an extremely quick study and can assist in all operations of any company. Amber is a tremendous asset for any company that has the opportunity to work with her and has my highest recommendation. She has the passion and drive that is necessary for people in our industry.
