I served as the Suicide Prevention Program Manager providing direct support and intervention to Units within the Oklahoma Army National Guard Statewide. I provided Suicide Prevention trainings for all Units within the Oklahoma Army National Guard and being the administrative gatekeeper for collecting Unit rosters and tracking data. I gathered personal information on suicide ideations, attempts and completions by analyzing, classifying and determining trends. I worked with State Official to obtain the legal documentation needed for Suicide Investigations. I am presently Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) Certified. I represented the state as the Deputy Chair in Community Health Promotion Council (CHPC) and Resilience, Risk Reduction, and Suicide Prevention (R3SP) program.
