I have been working alongside Amber since January 2019. Her passion for people and service delivery is demonstrated daily in the way she approaches her work activities. She quickly builds trust with her internal and external customers, delivering projects and activities as agreed. I have seen Amber provide support across various aspects of the Novus business including the administration, helpdesk, planned works, project and QS teams. She has willingly shared her knowledge and skills to ensure business activities are completed. Where client and customer liaison has been required Amber has actively looked to get involved to provide appropriate resolution to ensure queries are resolved swiftly. I love the way that Amber gives back to the community be it at local level or on a wider national level. Since January 2019 within Novus she has organised Its a Knockout for St Andrews Hospice, Bake off Sales for Comic Relief and Alzheimer's Society. She has been nvolved with the big community clean up in Edinburgh, bench donations for housing schemes, Easter egg collections for local schools. Amber is due to attend a induction course for an arts and craft induction course for volunteering with The Royal National Institute for the Blind towards the end of August which will allow her to really use her creative talent whilst working alongside people.

Amber was a great asset to the Cappers Plant Hire work force. Amber had excellent time keeping and never late. Good computer skills and happy to take on any administration tasks. Her cheerful attitude helped towards a happy workplace.
