Oversee all seed sales for 4 agronomy locations. Manage orders and inventory, including fertilizer, crop protection, and seed.Create pricing guides for sales staff and set a margin goal for EOY seed sales.Forecast seed sales and in-season needs to ensure accurate and complete seed orders.Responsible for accurately placing all seed orders, all seed shipments, seed replants, reimbursements, seed trait compliancy, and seed payables and receivables.Sole manager of the OnDemand soybean treater used for all 4 agronomy locations, including coordination of treatment options, knowledge of treatment benefits, and inventory control.Apply expertise of the seed line-ups to assist sales staff with seed sales, hybrid/variety placement, applicable discount programs, and closing sales.Establish and maintain strong relationships with seed representatives and salesmen to ensure high level of service for customers.

Utilize AgVantage Software for invoicing, reporting, and inventory management.Operate OMNI and SAP software to create orders, receive products, and complete BOL’s for the GROWMARK bulk fertilizer terminal and crop protection warehouse.
