I highly recommend Amber. In the time we worked together she assisted me in all aspects of a small local company that grew to be part of a larger national company. The region grew in revenue and personnel. Amber led our team of customer service teammates as we increased volume and processes. As we continually added responsibilities to her day to day she accepted them with a positive attitude and continuously grew at each new and unfamiliar role. She was a fantastic communicator with clients and great teammate. She was an effective manager of different providers who had individual nuances and preferences and was able to balance them without it impacting workflow or dynamics.
