Here at Dave & Buster's, I contribute to my team as the Hiring and Training Manager and Local Social Media and Marketing Coordinator for the Jacksonville, FL location! With this role, I oversee all of the hiring and on-boarding for new team members as they start their new career with D&B. Along with hiring, I also oversee all of training for new and current team members. This includes compliance, new menu roll-outs, train the trainer courses, and everything else that comes my way. For the Jacksonville store, I also handle all social media accounts and local marketing such as our "street team" events where we get involved in the community to show off our brand. This includes events, donations, job fairs, and more!
