The online startup "iexperiencing" helps in building skills. This skilling platform was started in the year 2017 by its founder Amber Anand as a website iexperiencing.com. The startup idea behind iexperiencing is to act as a medium that helps in decreasing the skill gaps which has been prevailing in India from past several years. According to the India Skills Report(ISR) that is conducted every year by organisations UNDP, Wheebox, Aspiring minds, people strong as a joint initiative for doing an in-depth study of employability amongst the fresh candidates joining the workforce, it was found that the during the times of 2015-2017 about 55% of engineers and more than 60% of MBA graduates remain unemployed every year. This statistics in other domains was also found to be quite alarming. One of the major reason behind the condition of unemployability in the country is "Skill Gaps". When most of the companies were asked about the prime reason behind it, most of them reffered "skill gaps" as the major reason behind the scenario. Skill gaps means the difference between the level of skills required to do a job and the level of the skills a candidate posses. After doing a research and analysis on the problem of rising unemployment in the country & skill gaps, Amber Anand started an online platform "iexperiencing.com" to address this problem with a solution where iexperiencing became a medium to connect "skilled professionals and candidates willing to skill up". The website features various modes of skilling with some of its services- Online skilling, Skilling assistance at doorsteps, Workshops and meetups for skilling. The bootstrapped startup "iexperiencing" evolved with time and now it also features educational as well as skilling resources of blogs, journals, learning tools, tutorial videos in various categories.
