Responsibilities Hiring : Manage end to end recruitment process including, sourcing, CV shortlisting, initial validation, interviews, negotiation and offer. Plan and manage drives for bulk hiring needs. Communicating and coordinating with consultants Developing creative ways to attract the right talent. Candidate Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback and an efficient offer and on-boarding process. Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and have a strong network of potential candidates for niche roles.
