Worked as an Intern for design, development and production of various motors manufactured at the plant. My tasks performed during my intern include: • Collaborated with the design team and reworked on the design of piston rings in the Radiator Motor to avoid the bending of the rings during cropping process, effectively reducing the scrap by 15%. • Performed various tests on motor: Hysteresis Dynamometer Test, Power Test, Noise Testing. • Learnt Production Management techniques, vendor management and quality testing • Revamped layout for toolbox placement in sub-assembly line with line balancing, effectively cutting tool accessing time by 20% • Working parallel with the technicians and coordinating with the required assistance to maintain healthy relation and efficient work environment.
