Amarjeet and I worked on a Lufthansa System's project called Lido NG. This project was about re-engineering the old system to create a new product using state of the art technologies and development methodologies. Amarjeet's out of the box thinking and knowledge on subject helped the team not only to finalize the full stack of technologies to be used but also in implementing the same in various stages of the project. He not only provided support to his subordinates but also was consulted by the senior members of his team in regards to technical and functional aspects of the project. He was always supportive to his team in spite of having overwhelming workload during crucial releases of the project. The hard work he has put in to make sure on time quality delivery is commendable.
