I worked as a PHP programmer, remodeling the ticketing software, creating new features, redoing the look with a modern design using the Bootstrap framework, creating integrations with the employee clendar system to record hours in ticket, dashboard with indicators and metrics to help the support team to be more efficient and control of ERP updates. In addition to programming in PHP, I learned to program in Pascal using the Delphi IDE to be able to create features and maintain the PrimeStart business management system code. In this process I learned many design patterns, good programming practices, use own framework to generate robust codes, integrations with third-party APIs and how to explore the functionalities for a desktop application.
