Have Successfully Delivered medium and large projects that include packaging lines consisting of filling machine for bottle/tubes /pouches, Automatic Bottle Rinsing, Filling and capping machine, Automatic Bopp Labeling machine, shrink-wrap machine etc. Read and interpreted blueprints, schematics and drawings to assemble parts of machine. Prepared layouts and drawings of parts and required assembly processes. Collaborated with coworkers, discussing assembly and needed product adjustments. Implemented preventive maintenance measures to decrease emergent issues. Doing the Quotation work and finalizing it with vendor. Studying & segregating the drawings according to operation performed when machine File is loaded. Managed vendor performance to maximize profitability and achieve financial objectives. Documentation of production information via daily system logs and discussed non- conformance issues with management. Used Coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule. Handling Capping and Filling Machines Project like Kimirica Machine, Parle Machine, Doodla Machine, Apar machine ETC. We also handling standard packaging Machine like 60 and 100 Shrink-wrap Machine, Bottle packaging Machine, STD Labeling, sealing cutting Machine, Hul-18m Cooling Tunnel.
