Willowick park is a 551 unit 5 phase project with 3 seperate properties and one site package being delivered concurrently: • Townhomes @ Willowick Park: 38 units individually permitted as single family residences • Aria @ Willowick Park: 325 units; wood frame on concrete structure (Types 1A and 3B Construction) • Olympia @ Willowick Park: 189 units; 9 story PT Concrete structure (Type 1B Construction) As the project manager of construction for all phases of Willowick Park I am responsible for: • Working closely with design consultants, superintendents, subcontractors, and ownership to complete the buy-out process for all phases in a timely manner, effectively facilitating the construction process. • Overseeing all on-site project activity to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance to contract documents. • Establishing and maintaining an excellent relationship with City of Houston Sr. Building Officials and Fire Marshals, whom I have worked with closely to obtain Temporary Certificates of Occupancy for a multi-phase delivery (floor by floor @ Olympia; fire-wall to firewall @ Aria) to accommodate tenant move-ins and generate revenue as quickly as possible. • Managing all superintendents – effectively delegating tasks to allow for time-effective problem resolution. • Updating ownership, development, and management teams on budget and schedule movement on a weekly basis (Weekly Owner’s Meeting) • Value Engineering the design add’s requested by Development, Management and/or Ownership to fit within the overall project budget. • Provided valuable insight to design decisions based on familiarity with construction methods, materials, and pricing.
