I highly recommend Amani Almashama for any counseling position. I have had the pleasure of working with her for a short time but during that time as a counselor at Lincoln College, I can attest to her exceptional skills and dedication. Amani is a compassionate and empathetic counselor who truly cares about her students. She has a gift for building trust with students and creating a safe space for them to share their concerns and challenges. Amani is also skilled at helping students develop strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues. In addition to her counseling skills, Amani is a strong communicator and collaborator. She is always willing to work with faculty, staff, and other counselors to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed in their academic and personal lives.
