Togo: Answer guest phone calls regarding catering and togo orders. Using our computer system to search and select menu items, I print out their orders and being to prepare them for the time they have selected to come in. I make sure the orders have everything the guests asked for, including soups or salads that accompany their meals, utensils and any other condiments or extras. When the guests arrive, I go over their order with them and then check them out. Side work for togos in the kitchen would be restocking containers, utensil bundles, and condiments. I also make and restock the togo salads, as well as restock the salad items for the servers. I help refill soup wells when needed and also help with food running. Server: Served guests at their tables delivering the highest quality of service, attentiveness and courtesy to make their experience at the restaurant enjoyable and memorable. I took their food and drink orders and made sure they had everything they requested perfectly. I recommended drinks and food items, and made sure they were aware of our promotional items and that they were able to take advantage of them. I had a 3 to 4 table section and made sure all guests were always checked on and satisfied. Show less

I dispatched technicians for a large project contract with Rite Aid for the Fuji photo kiosks. This included utilizing the CRM through Quick Books to find technicians for the state area needed. I also input data for new technicians. The technician data base consisted of about 300 technicians, and recruiting efforts were applied to find coverage in gray areas or in addition to the technicians in the coverage area. I assisted in holding conference calls for the director of operations, as well as sent out correspondences to the technicians in the network. I created and monitored job tickets in Onforce to cover jobs that did not have ample coverage area and worked closely with outside vendors to ensure job coverage. On occasion, I assisted in invoice processing and I also answered technician and vendor phone calls. Show less

I supported several directors and managers in the sales and marketing teams. I scheduled conference calls, meetings and travel arrangements accordingly. I was responsible for typing up contracts and followed the process for executing contracts between outside vendors and Sanofi-Aventis. I worked in an extensive database for process flow of contracts. In addition, I performed administrative tasks such as filing, copying, faxing and answering phones. I handled supply orders for the department as well as inter-office materials. Creating spreadsheets with given data as well as power point presentations for meetings or data compiling was a weekly task. I also submitted expense reports for those I supported. Show less

    • Facilities/Project Coordinator
      • Jan 1998 - Jan 2001

I developed spreadsheets via excel to track workflow and to prioritize job orders. I also coordinated meetings and schedules for the facilities department on site and off site. I was responsible for documentation and data entry for facility team’s hours and time record for payroll. These were entered into a system called JJEMS in which I attended an on-site training course provided by the company. I created Power Point presentations from raw data for internal and external departmental meetings. I updated these slides as new information created changes within them. I was a member of the FLT (Facilities Leadership Team) where ideas and input and reports were given at the weekly meeting regarding facility related issues and restructuring and improvement. I participated in a large off-site departmental restructuring and organizing. I coordinated each team to a designed schedule to follow in terms of the days they would attend the division meetings. I took minutes in each division meeting and coordinated them into slides that were used for a big presentation for the final restructuring meeting where all the teams met together. Managed project progression and responsibility through a system called AMS Workflow; assisted in helping to coordinate training for AMS Workflow, and attended various workshops as the program evolved into updated versions. I oversaw department vendor and contractor relationships and processed vendor/contractor invoices while working with finance department. When supplies were needed, I ordered them. I designed and withheld a record of the building plans up to date as changes to the facility were made. Show less
