As of March 2016, I was promoted into the newly created role of Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition. This position works as a strategic partnership function with the executive leadership team and our hiring managers to customize and enhance the candidate and new-hire experience. It comes at a exciting time in our organization as we continue to build our family-centric culture with top CPG talent, and implement new training and retention programs for continued succession planning and employee engagment. From 2013 - 2016, I had the honor of serving as the first Corporate Recruiter in the history of La Tortilla Factory. My role was to provide exemplary employment services to company management by sourcing, screening, interviewing and making recommendations regarding potential employees. This was achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas to ensure we are hiring the best possible talent.
