I am the Nurse Informaticist and my role was auditing the system performance to ensure the continued clinical accuracy of the prompts delivered to clinicians by the system. I mine the data and produce analysis for the Chief Nurse Officer. I worked with the Natural Language Processing (NLP) team and I annotated the clinical texts to produce gold standards used to train our NLP engine. As a Nurse Informaticist on the team, I created testing scenarios to validate clinical protocols and compiling and analyze data reflecting the user compliance. Working with the development teams, I translated clinical requirements into technical requirements. I assisted the Chief Nursing Officer to gather the clinical requirements, data elements and workflow analysis.
