Worked with Dr. Ernest Fraenkel to study Huntington's Disease through the development and use of computational and systems biology tools. Created the Omics Integrator tool which allows for network-based analysis of multiple omics datasets. Applied the tool to data procured from iPSC-derived neuronal models of HD to identify novel proteins and pathways that impact the disease.
