    • Coordinator of Measurement and Evaluation
      • Nov 2019 - May 2022

As the Coordinator of Measurement and Evaluation, I direct the annual assessment of general education learning outcomes and program learning outcomes for academic departments. My goal is to foster a culture of assessment for student learning improvement by partnering with faculty and staff for workshops, norming sessions, and campus initiatives. I strongly believe that we learn more and accomplish our goals by collaborating and support one another in work and in life.As a member of our Teaching and Learning Center, I design workshops based on assessment and pedagogy principles, such as assignment design using the TILT framework, writing higher order thinking questions, and incorporating instructional technology effectively.During my time in this role, I increased the visibility of assessment results by creating an infographic that shares data and sparks future discussion about student learning. I streamlined the institutional assessment of our Teamwork learning outcome by creating a digital method for collecting responses with results that were easily cleaned and returned to faculty.
