Below were some of my main focuses: • Policy Communication: Partnered with HR Director to create, update, and communicate company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws for employees and management. • System Implementation: Led the implementation of a new payroll system, ADP, involving weekly status meetings with external partners, auditing to ensure accuracy of employee information, and the development of training documents used by 400+ employees. • System Administration: Performed HRIS and ATS updates and trouble shooting.
