Mandy is one of the most competent Corporate fundraisers I have ever had the pleasure of working beside. She strikes the perfect balance between raw ambition and drive which allows her to smash targets and drive her pipelines and an empathy and understanding of her partners which allows longstanding, multi level partnerships to not only be secured, but maintained and stretched way beyond their potential. She has an extensive knowledge of the corporate sector and brings creativity and innovation to every partnership and application she works on. As a team member she is supportive and shares her experiences in the sector in inspiring ways, she uplifts the team in which she works and is an incredibly valued member. As an individual she is vibrant, has an ability to bring energy in to any room (physical or virtual) and has an enthusiasm for her work that is infectious. Mandy was a true credit to our team and one that I miss greatly, she is a true team player but has the experience and ability to lead teams as well as support them. I would recommend Mandy whole heartedly for any role, she will exceed expectations, destroy targets, and do it all with a smile and a beautiful Welsh twang!
