100% owned by Matt and Amanda Hodgson - we are an awesome and dynamic business employing 15 hard working good buggers. We work with the lean principals which means we have been able to transform our business, our customer service and our staff engagement by absolutely nailing our systems and processes. What use to take us 6-8 weeks to build on site, we can now do in 2-4 days. These are big concrete bunkers - im talking up to 80m long and 12m wide. We just love it, and love what we do!Being able to make these changes and have these employee driven systems and processes, means our customers are happy. The customer/farmer saves money through our efficiencies with onsite machinery and lost time from weather events, and they can use it earlier than expected. We optimise our weather windows when others cant and that just makes us feel awesome. We strive to make the dairy industry a more desirable place to work / be!Simple systems attract great people - our mantra! For our business and our customers! Our Archway Family they all feel like everyday they have sense of achievement but most of all ownership. They care! And they love working along side other hardworking good buggers too.We have a very strong sense of values that we deliver at work and also in our personal lives. It is an embedded culture, and any client you talk with with agree that we are all on the same page in this business! Why do we do what we do?Because...We want to do business with people who believe in what we believeWe want to be surrounded in great peopleWe want to see our customers doing greatWe want our customers customer to think well of themWe want to educate people into decisionsWe don’t want to sell something to a farmerWe want to set a high standardWe are here for the long game not the quick sell
