This revolutionary software helps utility engineers PREDICT outages. This is done through catching fault current events that are ignored by traditional relays and protection devices due to not timing out the time current curves and not creating an outage. This included testing the software to ensure the accuracy of the Meter Data Management system. In addition, I was part of a team that helped manually clear thousands of errors created by the new system that were each unique and required creative thinking.
