As the artistic intern, my responsibilities included supporting the artistic staff with general correspondence, local casting, new play development, script reading, and dramaturgical research. In addition, I served as a production assistant on several readings and workshops both in La Jolla and in New York City.As the Interim Marketing Assistant, I was responsible for grassroots and community outreach surrounding the production of Ruined. For this project I reached out to over 75 local organizations that had parallels to the themes of the play in order to make strategic partnerships to both spread the word about La Jolla Playhouse's work and to increase ticket revenue for Ruined through single and group ticket sales.As the interim executive assistant to the Managing Director, was responsible for managing the calendar of the Managing Director. In addition, I was responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, reconciling credit card and personal finance statements, and serving as a liaison between the Managing Director's office and all board members. I was responsible for taking and communicating minutes at all board, committee, and senior staff meetings as well as scheduling and coordinating these meetings. In addition, I aided on several research projects.
