I worked with Amanda for nearly two years, and during that time, I was continuously impressed by her ability to face challenges with creativity and optimism, create expectation-exceeding work autonomously, and show an unwavering dedication to her team and clients. "Positive" is not a strong enough word to describe Amanda's energy and how she is able to get others excited, feeling confident, and rallied around a cause or project. She developed integrated marketing plans, added value to projects through her research and insights, and successfully managed our agency's largest eCommerce website project from start to finish. Amanda is a fierce leader, a brilliant marketer, and a necessary team player. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to work alongside her, and hope that I will be able to again someday!

I worked with Amanda on an Integrated Marketing Communications project at British Columbia Institute of Technology. Amanda was dedicated and had a lot of her plate, balancing seven courses with her Executive position at YWIB. Nonetheless, not only did she complete all the tasks delegated to her for the project, but she also played the role of the team leader. By organizing date-by-date the tasks that needed to be completed, keeping detailed meeting minutes and holding team members accountable (but never in a hostile way), she demonstrated great time management and team leadership skills. Amanda is one of the most driven people I know, and I highly recommend her!
