Successfully steered the business through recession. Developed partnering agreements with other training providers within various industry sectors to increase portfolio and market penetration. Sole responsibility for the inception, development and management of CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) training programme for Genlok System Scaffold. Representation of the Company on IPAF (International Powered Access Federation), Training Committee. Representation of the Company on the PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers and Manufacturer’s Association), Training Committee, including Vice Chair 2011. Management of marketing activity through research & placement of advertising, organisation of mail shots. Personally managed a number of the largest key accounts providing them with customer service and technical support. Pioneered sales of CISRS accredited courses for Genlok System Scaffold, increasing product sales within the Hire & Sale Division, in particular Scotland Region. Increased sales of PASMA courses to become 4th provider in the UK for 2011. Instigated process to gain ISO 9001 for the Training Division. Show less
