Our team assists these organizations in utilization of the platform through aligning with their internal culture and initiatives; ensuring not only implementation but long term value is achieved. As the team lead, I ensure our processes, standards and procedures continue to evolve to match the latest practices in Customer Success. Thus ensuring our clients continuously receive the best experience possible. During this time I also assisted in the build up and spin off of our Customer Support Team including the definition of those roles, as well as the hiring and training of team members. I also acted as the interim Content Management Team Lead for approximately 10 months.
