The High Performing EA program provided me with the tools to turn what was your standard Executive Assistant role into an Executive Assistant Leader. When I say leader, I am talking about influencing projects, being part of a committee making positive changes within the business and providing opportunities for that enables staff to be empowered and engaged. This course provide me with the confidence to undertake things that I have never undertaken before. This course taught me the key skills to move out of the shadows and become a voice at the table. When I speak, I am heard. When I am ask, I receive; and when I raise a valid objection they are noted. My achievements to date would not have been as successfully implemented and the outcomes not as impactful to myself and my co-workers without the core skills of this course. I enjoyed being able to challenge Amanda and push myself to get the most out of what she offered with this course.
