In the FranVest America Program the emphasis is placed on the immigrant candidate and not the goals of a developer. Our objective with this program is to create lasting businesses that achieve the goals of all stakeholders. My role at FranVest is to manage each investment project and make sure everyone is meeting their deadlines and executing on their responsibilities. Not only do I assist in the initial sale of our product, but I also connect our investors to their appropriate Immigration Attorney who will be handling their investment, and once they finish their Source of Funds, I manage the entire process, including but not limited to making sure the candidate's LLC is setup, their US Bank Account, all the Agreements are signed, the investor is disclosed properly under the FTC laws, Franchise License is purchased, Economist Work is performed, Business Plan is executed, TEA locations are chosen and Leases are negotiated, and provide all documentation to immigration attorney for the EB5 petition filing. I then stay in touch with every investor on a monthly basis by providing them financial statements of their investment, progress letters, Case Statuses and make sure their investment dashboard is fully updated. This is a 5 year project that makes dreams happen, and I, along with all my team, work hard and put well established systems in place for each project to reach success.
