My department collects the data and prepares the information to be sent out to the Board of Directors, Vice Presidents and Leadership through out our hospital. I also sit on many committees within the hospital, such as quality control, performance improvement and many more. Some other duties that we have with in the organization are teaching conflict resolution at our orientation for new hires, we also go to specific departments throughout the hospital and help educate them on conflict resolution if the extra help is needed.
