      When I was working as an Administrative Assistant for the Engineering Department at EMWD I worked in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe Acrobat X, CityView, Sport, SmallWorld, Web Ex, eB Search, and other various computer programs. I assisted Accounts Payable and Receivable by doing data entry for the Engineers invoices from outside clients. Scheduling meetings between District employees as well as outside Contractor companies was a big part of my job. I worked with outside contractor companies to coordinate meetings and site visits and to work with the Engineers on new and upcoming projects. I also did some work in the New Business Department were I worked a lot with Public Notices, Scope of Session, Case Transmittal's, ect.
