      Due to Honda Australia undergoing a significant restructure I was asked and accepted the additional responsibility of acting in the Corporate Services Manager role. This was in addition to the Head of Internal Audit role.These additional responsibilities included:• Responsible for an operational budget of $2.5 million, this includes budget development, reconciliation, re-forecasting and specific project costing. Budget reporting as per board requirements• Management of the corporate fleet division (500 vehicles), this team is responsible for the fleet vehicle cycle from provisioning, service, repairs and maintenance, insurance and disposal• Management of the Service Technician Team, this includes pre-delivery tasks of fleet cars, servicing and maintenance and provision of bespoke accessory orders• Facilities management of Honda head office site (corporate offices, workshop and warehouse) and regional offices. This includes the management of 24hr security, maintenance, security access control, vendor contract management, compliance to WHS, overseeing administrative functions such as reception, stationary management, printers and cleaning.Key achievements:• Nominated and accepted into the Honda Australia Talent pool for future leaders• Oversaw and implemented Honda Australia staff rapid transition to work from home during COVID-19• Development and implementation of protocols• Developed the strategy and implemented the operational plans for Honda Australia’s phased return to work• As part of Honda’s transformation program, I was invited to contribute to multiple projects.       - Supporting the Honda Australia Dealer training strategy I was responsible for, facilitation and delivery of identified sales training needs at Honda locations across Australia- With the training SMEs reporting directly to me, I was responsible for scheduling the delivery of the training, ensuring SMEs had the relevant content for the delivery of the training and that they met their KPIs- Management of the training budget of $3.5 million. This included budget development, reconciliation and monitoring as well as financial reporting for the board as required.- Development of board reporting that included departmental training KPIs and training linkages to strategic objectives Program co-ordinator for the Honda Business Institute. This program provided university level qualifications to identified high performers across our dealerships.- Responsible for the Honda Australia e-Learning portalKey Achievements• In 2015, Honda Australia identified a requirement for 300 regionally dispersed dealers to attend the HR-V sales training that was to be conducted within a week in Brisbane. As the lead for this project, I co-ordinated registrations, travel and accommodation and attendance of all 300 attendees within a 6 week window• On request of the General Manager of Dealer Business, I delivered a training workshop on driving customer satisfaction at the launch of the new Honda CR-V. Following this delivery I received a number of commendations including endorsement from the board of directors. This recognition laid the foundation for my promotion into the Head of Internal Audit
