Amanda Saye consistently demonstrated the kind of professionalism that is the most important for contributing to a team or company’s success. In my Strategic Management capstone in Spring 2012, Amanda produced excellent results on exams and projects, but she also consistently engaged in the productivity of learning. She seemed to be prepared and interested in class discussion, and her contributions were often of an insightful nature that actually helped the entire class grow and learn, too. These kinds of qualities are at least as important as technical knowledge, test-taking, or report-writing. In my estimation, Amanda is likely to deliver in these areas and more, and will be a valuable asset in workplaces throughout her career.
