May 2014 - Oct 2022
As a team lead my duties are to direct/assist other employees through their daily routine. I also assist management with approving discounts for employees. My opinion is highly valued in making decisions pertaining to new hires, new policies etc. During team lead shifts I am also working as a waitress in my own section; duties include, taking/sending orders on a Micros station, serving/ preparing food and beverage, having a upbeat can do attitude to make guests feel welcome, work in a high volume fast paced environment, initiate that every table gets all steps of service and leave happy! I worked in Towsley Village, Alzheimer building. Duties include Assisting residents with everyday living tasks; such as feeding, personal hygiene, administering medications, changing dressings, writing care plans with residents doctors and I would help residents and their families come to terms with end of life care. I was also one of few employees that worked in every neighborhood in the facility and trained new employees. I worked in Towsley Village, Alzheimer building.
