  As site manager of the Atlas Plastics business in the VIP Packaging Group I had full P&L and budget responsibility for this site. During my time at Atlas I successfully introduced an Australian Workplace Agreement, introduced automation into the manufacturing lines to reduce labour costs and increase profits and adjusted and implemented a changed product category pricing strategy to streamline the number of product lines and improve margins and productivity.
