Amanda proved to be an incredibly valuable member of our team, being incredibly intelligent and proactive. She was always keen to learn knew skills and picked them up quickly and with minimal direction. A definite team player, Amanda was conscious of the workloads of other staff members and would always offer assistance when needed whilst at the same time ensuring that her own workload did not suffer. Amanda is mature and personable. I would have no hesitation offering her another position.

Successfully conceptualized, designed, launched and developed a cold-pressed juice company (start-up) in central London in 2017. Initially produced juices at home and sold them from a Piaggio Ape at major London events including Men’s Fashion Week. Progressed to a permanent pop-up location in Moorgate and then Battersea Power Station. Evolved into a traditional coffee shop model selling juices, hot beverages and healthy snacks/treats. Planned every stage of the business growth to be sustainable, cost effective and viable.
